Durable, medical, and financial powers of attorney, and revocations. Common when a parent moves into care, someone deploys, or business has to get handled from out of the country. I travel to the signer — home, hospital, or care facility.

For documents headed to another country — birth and marriage records, diplomas, powers of attorney, corporate paperwork. I notarize what needs it and run the package to the California Secretary of State so you do not have to make the trip.

Translations do not need an appointment and do not need me to travel. Email the document and I handle the rest — or come to the office if you would rather hand it to me in person.

I translate and certify it
You get a complete English translation with a signed certificate of accuracy attesting that it is true and complete. Nothing is summarized, shortened, or left out — agencies reject translations that are.
Choose how you get it back
A PDF by email, printed copies signed by hand, or pick them up at my office at 1901 First Avenue, Suite 185, by appointment. If you left originals with me, they come back together with the translation.
Documents I translate most often
A signed certificate of accuracy is included with every translation. A page means one letter-size page or 250 words, whichever is greater.
Because translations are handled by email, you do not have to be in San Diego. I work with clients anywhere — only the notary work requires me to come to you in person.

I serve all of San Diego County as a background-screened mobile notary and loan signing agent. I began notarizing in Texas and now work here in California.
My training is in law and document work. I hold an LL.M. in U.S. law with a concentration in tax from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac Cancún. I have worked with documents in oil and gas, tax, real estate, immigration, criminal, civil, and trust and estate matters, among others, so dense paperwork and unfamiliar forms do not slow an appointment down.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, at native level in both, which means a signer who is more comfortable in Spanish gets the same clear walkthrough of what they are signing as anyone else.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID — for every person signing, plus the documents themselves. Everyone signing has to be present in person.
Do you provide mobile notary services?
Yes — I travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, or wherever is convenient, anywhere in San Diego County. Evenings and weekends included.
What types of documents do you notarize?
Loan documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, trust and estate documents, deeds, apostilles, parental travel consent, DMV paperwork, and more. If you are not sure, describe it over the phone and I will tell you.
Can you explain the loan documents to me?
As a signing agent I can tell you what each document is and point out where a term appears, but I cannot give legal advice — I am not an attorney. Questions about what a term means for you go to your lender or title company.
How much do you charge for your services?
Certified translations are $40 per page, or $60 per page expedited. Notary and loan signing fees are not fixed — they depend on the document, travel distance, timing, and the size of the package. Call or text for a quote and you will have the full number before I travel.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute signings?
Yes. I take appointments 24/7 and do my best to accommodate last-minute and same-day requests. Call or text and I will tell you right away whether I can get there.
Do you handle apostilles?
Yes. I notarize the underlying document and either run the apostille through the Secretary of State myself or coordinate it for you, depending on the timeline and where the document is headed.
Do you do certified translations too?
Yes — Spanish–English translations delivered with a signed certificate of accuracy, which is the form USCIS, courts, and schools ask for.
Can you notarize something I already signed?
Sometimes. An acknowledgment lets you sign beforehand and simply acknowledge the signature in front of me. A jurat requires you to sign in my presence and take an oath. Send me a photo of the page and I will tell you which it is.
